Rick Baker - President/CEO
Rick has been with the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association for twenty-six years. He became Director of Marketing in 1988 before becoming President in 1992. Rick received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton in 1977 and his Masters of Education from Ohio University in 1979. Rick is a native of Millerton, Pennsylvania and first came to Dallas in 1979 to work for SMU. In 1986, he was named the Director of the NCAA Men's Final Four Basketball Tournament. He is married to Patti and they have two dogs, Patch and Sherlock.
Charlie Fiss - VP of Communications
Charlie's first Cotton Bowl was in 1984 when he served as the Assistant Director of Media Relations for the Southwest Conference from 1984-1993. In 1994, Charlie was hired by the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association to serve as their VP of Communications. Through his 29 years, he has worked with five Heisman Trophy winners. Charlie is a graduate of the University of Arkansas where he served as the Men's Media Assistant from 1976-1980, and then as the Women's Athletic Director of Media Relations from 1980-1984. As an avid racehorse fan, Charlie has volunteered at the Churchill Downs for the Kentucky Derby for the past 24 years. Charlie is a native of Springdale, Arkansas.
Kelly Hembree - VP of Creative & Guest Services
Kelly is a 2008 University of Texas graduate with a degree in Kinesiology and Sport Management. During her undergraduate studies, she worked as a Student Assistant for Football Operations and Recruiting. As part of her studies in Sport Management, she was an intern for the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association in the fall of 2007. This will be Kelly's seventh year with the Cotton Bowl. She is a native of Carrollton, Texas where she lives with her yorkie, Jax.
Andrew Klingsporn - Director of Operations
Andrew is a 2007 graduate of The University of Texas with a degree in Sport Management. He graduated in 2009 with a Master's of Science in Sport Management from the University of Florida. While in school he worked for both respective football departments in equipment and operations, and was on both the 2005 Texas and 2008 Florida national championship teams. This is Andrew's second stint at the AT&T Cotton Bowl and his fifth Classic. He is married to Emilie and they have two Great Danes – Jagger and Willie, and a Bulldog, Ruby. He is a native of Brenham, Texas.
Michael Konradi - Senior VP of External Affairs
Michael graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism in 1999. He started his career with the Big 12 Conference as the Assistant Media Relations Director from 1999-2001. When he started with the Cotton Bowl in 2002, he was the Director of Marketing and Communications and in 2006 he was promoted to his current position of Vice President of External Affairs. Michael is a native of Dallas, Texas. He is married to Wendy and they have two children, Camden and Carrigan.
Marty MacInnis - COO/CFO
Marty joined the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association in 1989 as the Ticket Manager and in 1991 he was promoted to his current position. He attended Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario, for his undergrad and earned his Masters of Sports Administration from Ohio University in 1984. Marty started his professional career, holding several positions within the SMU ticket office from 1984-1989. His is a native of Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia Canada. This will be Marty's 25h Cotton Bowl game. He is married to Paula and they have two sons, Matthew and Alex.
Nancy Mills - VP of Executive Services
Nancy joined the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association in 1998 as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations. During her time with the Cotton Bowl, she has held many positions and most recently was promoted to Vice President of Executive Services. Before joining the Cotton Bowl, she was a legal secretary for eleven years in Texas, Wisconsin and California. Nancy is a native of Dallas. She is married to John and they have four daughters, Alicia, Jennifer, Megan and Hannah and two grandchildren.
Morgan Rainer - Manager of Digital Media & Community Engagement
Morgan is a 2012 graduate of Hardin-Simmons University with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising, where she was a four-year student athlete on the Cowgirl tennis team. Morgan was awarded various honors from the American Southwest Conference during her time as a student-athlete, most notably the 2012 Scholar Athlete Medal of Honor and the Women’s Tennis Sportsmanship Award. Prior to joining the AT&T Cotton Bowl staff, Morgan interned with the North Texas Super Bowl XLV Host Committee in Dallas and spent a semester in Charleston, SC as a public relations intern for the Family Circle Cup, a Women’s Tennis Association Premier Level event. Morgan is a native of Texarkana, Texas.
Amy Scott - VP of Ticket Sales & Services
Amy received her bachelor's and master's degree from Texas Tech University. During her undergrad, Amy worked as a Media Relations Assistant for the Texas Tech Athletic Department. As part of her graduate studies in Sports and Media, she was an intern for the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association in the fall of 2006. This will be her eighth year with the Cotton Bowl and seventh as Director of Ticket Operations. Amy is from Llano, Texas and is married to Landry. They have three dogs - a German Shepherd,Gus, a Welsh Corgi, Lizzy and a Shorkie, Coco.
